Your car might be in excellent shape but 60K is close to 993TT territory. I would think again.

Good luck

Your car looks very, very nice. Personally, I wouldn't pay that much for a non-turbo 993, but that's just me. There is another "S" (C2S) listed here, with twice the mileage, 33K, for $53K, with some very tasty mods. https://rennlist.com/forums/993-forum/331812-fs-98-c2s.html
Hopefully, you will find the right buyer for your car.

You are prepared to hold out for that guy that has to have it, who often never shows up, IMHO for a '97 C4S you need to be under $55,000.....in fact $50,000 or so for a quick sale,,,,Frankly I hope I am wrong

A mint and low mileage 1998 model S car will sell for over $60K easily and readily...not everyone wants a Turbo. There is a substantial discount in the pricing for a 1997 model however....but a 1997 in great condition with your miles should pull at least $52,500.

i disagree with everyone here (respectfully)....

your car is one of the most desireable color combinations and has ultra-low mileage... also, if it was at RPM in June 2006, that means it is concours condition (unless you have done something to change that)... i think an asking pricing of $60k is about right, recognizing you may get a couple grand less...

just go look out on the market in the rennlist classifieds, high line dealers, autorader, ebay, cars.com, etc.... i think you will not find a 97 c4s with this color combination and mileage for cheaper... (?)

-- no affiliation with the seller whatsoever...dont even know who he/she is ---

For 60k I would pony up the extra 15k or so and get a faster, newer GT3. But that is me. Your car may well be worth 60k but you are dealing with a very small market at that price.

Hey if he sells it for 60K, good for him but the reality is sometime deceptive.

Still, good luck

Either Alfie from Ira Porsche or Dave Maynard will be able to find you a buyer in no time.

At that price you have a small market of buyers, but you never know. Someone wanting a very low mileage 993 doesn't have many choices. Good luck with the sale.

You can list it at whatever you want.

In the end, if you are patient, you will find a
buyer @ $57K or better, considering those
very low miles, and the condition of RPM cars.

good luck with the sale.

Looks like you spent some money on your mods, why you getting out so early?

I wanted a Porsche since I was a teenager and the 993 since 1994. Now that I have one, I don't think I will be getting rid of it unless my health keeps me from driving.

I know it's none of my business, just curious.....
