I heard that Jimmy from European perfomance has done some work on his cars.

Bob has had, and been building, this collection for some time now, and had no good place to store/share them with others. He purchased an old car dealership and has spent the past couple years renovating it to display the cars (if you meet him, ask him about the tile...) This has all been with his own money, and the only intention of building the "museum" is to preserve these wonderful low mile cars and share them with other enthusiasts.

His website used to be www.ingramcollection.com, but it's down now for some reason. Maybe he got a new one coming out for the museum...

I can't make it to the visit on the 31st because it's the same weekend as the PCA Club Race in Road Atlanta, but I'll get up there soon enough.

The fact that I didn't open this thread to a series of pictures leaves me disappointed and unfulfilled.

So many cars, so little memory. I've been told it's an age thing.

This was my first chance to see a 959, and what a car it was. The 951 in Pearl Rose with a factory sunroof delete was a treasure.

And then there was the selection of 356s, an A, a B, a C...

Oh, the Carrera GT...

And to top it off, Bob Ingram was great to just stand there and listen to him talk about his collection.

I've got some pictures of the 100 Porsches outside. I'll post sometime tomorrow. This collection of cars in the parking lot was a sight in itself.

Here is one of Bob Ingram's cars at the 50th Anniversary Porsche Parade in Hershey. It's one of my favorites, a one-of-one non-metallic Slate Gray '94 turbo.
