Cool My 993 is a tough little car

It's been snowing here in Seattle and the roads have turned to ice.
But, my C4 (my only car and daily driver) got me home safe and sound.

I love this little car,
-Joe

Nice car I saw you every day on my way to work in Bellvue. Actually I may have talked to you before. I used to work at Barrier in the Parts Depat. I had the Black 944S2 with the BBS LM's on the car.

Great car! Maybe I'll see you rolling around this weekend, once the snow clears a little more.

When i lived in Seattle, our Porsches were our only cars, and the car of choice for ski trips. In the '70s, the ski area parking lots had many 356s, 912s, 911s and some 914s there every day.

Hey Saphriel..and the rest of you fellow Rennlisters...this is what my house and street looked like yesterday here in Redmond. Lots of ICE!!!!!

Lucky for me my car is in the garage. I know, I know...it's not a lot of snow, but the ice freaks everybody out here and they can't drive.

It's true, they are fantastic in the snow. I left my in the garage, but saw a Polar C4S in my work parking lot!

Jeez that's awefully familiar looking. This is the 4th snowstorm in the last... month. Thursday afternoon was the first time I had to leave it parked (legally) at the top of the (hill that is my) street, but only for a couple of hours. It did very well on the very steep streets of Tacoma (where I work). And mine's a C2!

Great cars! Just wish the exhaust heat-exchanges were better at overcoming the temps we're having now... brrrrrrrrr (yeah.. yeah.. I know.. we're a bunch of panzies...)

Sweet ride man!!!!

Not surprised. Both of the 911's I bought this year had snow tires on them. Me.. being the great forward thinker that I am, replaced them on both cars.

Hey Joe:

Your car is looking good. Nice to hear you are driving your car in this frigid weather. Mine's hibernating for now

I get looks from people like I'm from Neptune when I drive mine in the snow. Funny thing is that I get away from a stop much faster and more cleanly than any SUV then they give you an incredulous look of "I can't believe you can do that?"... Best car I have ever had in the snow bar none.
