My New GT3
I know that a few of you wanted pictures now that I have gone wet and wild. So what better place to go than down near the shore and take some pictures for you.
This is my new 2004 GT3. It is one of about 960 GT3s imported into North America. It had 5,500 miles on it when I picked it up. This car is absolutely amazing to drive!
For those interested I will post a full up article on this car and contrast the new GT3 to the old 993 C2. I will let everyone know when the web site is up and running.
Have a safe and Happy New Year!

Stunning car Marv
The 993 DOESN'T hold a candle to those GT3's. I just recently instructed in that exact car (2005)and it was amazing. Went like stink, handled like it was on rails and stopped like nothing else. The brakes will pin you against the seat belts.........WOW.
If you haven't been to the track yet with it Marv, you need to experience that car in its full assault. That's whats going to be parked next to my 993 hopefully sooner than later
Enjoy it

Yes, the brakes are stunning. 13.8" front rotor with six-piston caliper and 13" rear rotors with four-piston calipers. The brakes on the GT3 are larger than the 996 TT!
The best part is that engine, the sound it makes, and the 8200 RPM redline.

The GT3 is another world. By the way, the 993 used to attract some attention when I drove it, but the GT3 stops people in their tracks. I saw one pickup driver stopped ahead of me at a light actually crawl half way out his driver's side window so he could turn around and look.

Ah yes...I used to live a few miles north of there on River Road (Rockledge Drive) in Rockledge...looks gorgeous over there! Winter Park is home base these days...enjoy your car!
