OEM Stone Guards price ?

Hi looking into replacing my rear fender stoneguards , 95 cab. they are white in colour and i am quoted $95 US for each from Parts Heaven Ca. Is this the average going price for this ? Anyone know ?

Guy, I agree with pcar964. That price is a little steep. I've seen it at Pelican Parts for less (around 60-70 a piece). Another option is to find a local stone guard installer to do the whole install.... this is what I did, and the installer provides the material (he just cut it to make it look the same as the OEM one).

If you order the clear ones, how easy of an installation DIY is it? Is there a chance that you will pull the paint off? Should you use some type of adhesive remover (3m or equivalent). I had some body work done last year and asked the body shop for a quote to replace the non-damaged rear qtr panel stone guard and they did not bid on it.... They said it was a pain in the ****... I cant believe that they would not even provide a quote for a new stone guard. Made me think that the job is too big for a DIYer.

There are a few things you can do to ~encourage~ them to come off, such as letting the car sit in the hot sun for a couple of hours, warming the engine to heat the panels, and/or using a heat gun. You might need to use some 3M adhesive remover to remove any adhesive remnants.
