Default New Wheels!

Picked up a great deal on some used Kinesis wheels from a fellow rennlister awhile back and finally got around to putting them on today. Thought I'd share some pics as photos of others cars are always helpful when considering mods. I have always liked this style of wheels - 18 inch would be nice but I got tired of waiting for the "new version" from kinesis and these were a good buy.

Oh, ouch, my favorite!!! Very nice, Bill! Now you mention that the 18s "would be nice" ...are these then the 17" (8s and 10s) Supercups?? If so, will you be getting rid of them any time in the future ...cough, cough, cough....

Looks great!! I also got tired of waiting for the new version and am now glad I did since the K28's I did go with are (to me) just right. I'm still wondering though if anyone has a current update on when the new Supercups are coming? Kinesis is local to me and I stopped by there 3 months ago and they said "3 months tops - tooling underway now". Mind you, it's been "3 months" for over a year.

Seem very nice to me. Certainly well known in the Porsche community and overall, well respected in terms of product quality and customer service. Were quite helpful with showing me samples, discussing pricing, etc. but at the time, I wanted to next gen Supercups or nothing (you know how it is) so I left that day empty handed. Here's a shot of the K28's.

Your car is sweet look'n!! I just have a thing for white. Now all you gotta do is get rid of the bumperettes.
