LOL, There are some interesting observations here.

For what it's worth, the sunroof was definately not open. My German friend pulled out his camera at the last second and tried to shoot a photo from the passenger seat. He didn't give it time to focus before he tried to snap the pic.
I too was very suprised that I was able to get the car going that fast. Especially since I was going up a substantial grade the whole way. It is the only straight shot between my house and my office on the A60. I figured there is likely a margin of error in my speedo needle. I do have an onboard GPS and thought of trying to get a reading from that to see if there is a large difference between the two.
But, I'm not really in to getting myself (or others) hurt or killed and as you can imagine, it is very very dangerous driving those speeds.
I just happened into a straight away with absolutely no traffic all the way up to the top and Bjoern wasn't exactly "helping" so I said "Ok, once". You don't want to make this sort of stuff a habit.
I can't afford the gas at those speeds anyhow. I do cruise to work at about 110-120 and that is plenty fast.

I really ought to film my entire route to work as it is a great combo of perfect country twisties and about 7 miles of autobahn driving.

Anyway, here are a few more photos I took:

Lee, we need a photographer next time we head out and you need to remember: batteries and memory card.

Here are some more pics from the little drive I took with Lee through Luxembourg and Germany this past weekend.

Forgive me in advance I am a 987S owner (Atlas Grey "S")

Great pics Leland! I'm sure you'll appreciate the A1/A62 also if ever you go to Ramstein one day (preferably sunday morning).
I hope we'll have the opportunity to meet one of these days.
Cheers
