I've never driven or ridden in a 964..is his statement anywhere near correct? or did he mean to say they ride firmer..

In the add the guy says:

"I have owned several Porsches of various years; this is a SOLID car, not flimsy like the 993s."

Sweet looking car though...

why would a car "not flimsy" need a "carbon fiber srut tower brace"?

yeah, he said that on purpose in order to sell the 964, make the competition look bad so that someone will buy what you are selling a 964 instead of the flimsy 993...been going on since the beginning of time

flimsy:l

lacking solidity or strength and liable to break; "a flimsy table"; "flimsy construction"; "a fragile link with the past"

Uh, I don't think there's one thing that's flimsy about my 933, and I've sat here for 5 minutes thinking about it .

I consider the 993 and the 964 to be very, very similar. If anything, 964's have flimsy engine seals.

Maybe he's refering to the softer lines of the 993? Who knows - either way, his words served their purpose, we're questioning the "flimslyness" of our 993s

The 993 and 964 are practically the same car. From the inside you wouldn't know the difference.

Why you poking at a bee's nest Trinitony??
