Gordo, I don't know...if you are going to distract us with pictures of "young ladies", it can't be a Crumb Gobbler. I see no information about your track exploits....and do you REALLY own a "Pastel Yellow Coupe" named "Trixie"?????

We need more info here!

HWFM Racing needs some sort of apprenticeship program...for those of us that can only someday dream of being part of the team.

My first DE on my first lap...had an off track event.....BUT I did 'hit' the apex.

Put it in my file for my...someday...future application.

The fact that my previous post was number '69' is purely coincidental.

Your application is intrigueing but in keeping with my team role, I'll have to get back to you later.

Mark...I did the search and now am enlightened...being the BBQ director, I sometimes have my head too close to the smoke to take everything in.

That is very funny.

As much as I like Team Pillar of Mis-information, I think there is a great position for you in the above. Team Oxy-moron

Having a career as a copywriter, I'm partial to those who baffle with bull****. Welcome to the team!
You can chose either of those two team positions.

We expect you to do us proud, 23/7.

Read those few hundred pages in that thread careully. Late into the night at team parties, we often read DJ's haiku on the subject of Ghettoracer. It is very zen, especially after two six packs of beer. And Ghetto actually makes sense after two sixpacks of beer.

Spun on the first lap of your first DE? Was it the first corner? If so, you're in automatically. No apprenticeship. You sound like a natural.

Remarkably clever and at the same time quite disturbing. You wear your HWFM colours with pride, sir!

Not to worry C-GT.

Adrienne has volunteered to "take him under my wing"

You do yourself proud. First, you call it by an invalid name and don't even have the brains to have noticed everyone for the last half century or so just calls it Le Mans and is allowed to use a French pronunciation (but only for this one name and it's still best to pronounce the "t" in Peugeot to be safe.)

And you've made a powerfully oblique reference to Fawlty Towers in the time-honored "Don't mention the war" tradition. Bravo, old chap!

Unfortunately, you have not included documentary proof of your incompetence behind the wheel especially under circumstances where all vehicles are traveling in the same direction without the distractions of pedestrians, cyclists or traffic lights -- all of which are neither here not there to a HWFM driver being of infirmed body and unsound mind.

Your application is suspended pending submission of information substantiating claims of past and planned future nincompoopery.

Thank you Your Holiness!
You will not be sorry you made this decision (yea, that's probably a lie...).

I hereby choose the name...

HWFM Team Pillar of Mis - Information!!!

BTW - did you know that Germany's Nurburgring Nordschlife is commonly called the Green Stick? It's true...

Please, please refer to me as "Your Slowness"

Your Holiness is the Mother Superior.

But the obsequiousness is quite becoming a PIllar of Mis-Information.

Actually no....it was not my first turn...but is was my first hairpin...someone forgot to tell me that I needed to let up on the clutch as I downshifted BEFORE the corner...only make that mistake once...

...but some many ways to err...so little time

Obviously some work to do before full HWFM Racing material here. Certainly don't want to highjack this thread by a more experience brethren in a cheap attempt to join a most illustrious (or is it lack-luster....) crowd.

I will, of course, afford full deference to the HWFM leadership.

Quick Reply: Yes, another HWFM application...
