Anyone use suplimental insurance coverage for DEs?
I've been checking around and would like some more options. My agent @ AAA said I'd be covered - once, then dropped. I really don't want to make a DE claim in the event of a shunt on the track which would result in finding new coverage for home/cars.
I've checked with Laurel, but was wondering who else I could call.
I've been bitten by the bug and I need my track fix!

Hi
Indeed there has been a thread about track insurance; read all of it before you decide.
There is a controversy about Laurel and the non-licesned status of the insurance company they use.
I have done my share of talking with Laurel about this and checking into their background and decided to buy coverage from this year. So have many other DE drivers.
So, I would encourage your research into Laurel as a source; remember of course that this is for on track physical damage only, nothing off track and no liability coverage.
Hope this helps

Call Sid & consider a change to State Farm. Several of your fellow STL PCA members (not me thankfully) have had State Farm DE claims without any resulting problems.
Call/email me if you're still interested in my harnesses, etc.?
