Thanks eric. I'll try both today. And Bob, if you'r "listening", I'd like to echo Steve's thoughts about not giving up on Tampa based on your experience in Brooksville, over an hour away to the north!

Good luck my friend.. been there done that and its not easy at all... It does get better though and in my case (and yours eventually I'm sure) it will work itself out for the better in the long run.
Now, have you thought about Canada? I have good skiing, snowmobiling, great boating, and lots of Porsche cars all within about twenty minutes of my house. We have three world class race tracks within 3 hours of my house (Mosport, Mt Tremblant, and the new Calabogie Motorsports park) and also really fabulous mountain skiing within two hours. Couple that with really friendly people, clean air, low crime and you have Ottawa, Ontario, Canada! ;-)
