Default Change of Heart - Thinking of Turbo Bumper Instead

After seeing pics of Kevin's (kmy) 993TT he recently posted in the 993 Turbo forum I'm thinking of picking up the Turbo Bumper and Turbo S Ducts from Gert and getting rid of my stock 993 bumber and GT2 (RSCS) front 3 piece splitter.

Is there a market out there for my NB 993 bumper and the 3 piece splitter (ofcourse they are already painted Guards Red)? I know there is a market for my shortened clear lenses since I'll have to pick up new ones that are longer to go along with the S ducts.

Mark,

What would you sell the GT2 for?

Mark,

Email to me please. Ca993twin@yahoo.com. I may have a guy who will swap a euro (no bumperettes) turbo spoiler that has an S spoiler on it. He wants GT2 stuff.

I'd be happy to take the short clears off your hands!

Really have no clue at the moment but depending on what happens with Steve's friend out in Cali I'll let you know.

If I don't end up needing them or getting rid of them with the bumper you are the first in line.

Hey Mark. I'm Steve's bud in Cali. I have a factory Euro turbo bumper in black with aftermarket Turbo S splitters attached. I am looking to do a euro GT2 front end. I see yours is US. Are the splitters factory?
I got the Euro turbo bumper because I did not want to fill in my US bumper. (Some people have had good luck with that and some not.)

If the deal falls through, I have a US front bumper with aftermarket GT2 splitters available for trade as well. Painted glacier white, located in Bay Area, CA Thanks!

Jimmy, are you getting rid of a GT2 tail too?
(I edited my first post; I really am only interested in a Euro front bumper.)

If you stay with the U.S. version of the turbo bumper you can keep your short clear lenses. The turbo s scoops fit where the fogs are now. If you go with the euro version of the bumper then you will need the euro lenses, but remember to keep the bulb sockets from you short lenses because the euro bulb socket does not have the DOT connector and won't function on your car otherwise

I might be interested in your setup because my car is guards red and I could end up with a few extra mods (gt2 and clears) with no painting involved.

Just to let all the people who are expressing interest in my turbo front bumper know:

I'm not ready to get rid of it yet. I'm still trying to assemble my GT2 parts. Once I've done that I'll let y'all know what I have available.

Anyone with a GT2 front and rear setup for sale or trade, give me a shout please.
Factory front and rear in Polar preferred. (I know unobtanioum )

Thanks for all the interest!
