While you are correct about 95s, I've got a 96 with the 4 sensors. It really sounds to me like you either have incorrect or bad sensor connections. Can you read any of the data off of them with your obd tool other than the trouble code?

An OBD2 tool told me exactly which O2 sensor was bad - Bank x, Sensor y
I replaced it with a new direct-replacement Bosch, and no additional O2 problems for 7 years now.

I cleaned the connectors with Electronics cleaner spray on the driver side yesterday and reset the code using the OBD reader. CEL is still off on my way to work this morning. I hope that was the culprit and I'll update this post for future reference with any change.

Ok, this is not funny anymore. On my way back from work today, the car sudden lost power and felt like it is in limb mode. The CEL immediately went off and since I had the GoPoint OBDII reader handy, I got a completely new fault code P0303 "Cylinder 3 Misfire Detected". The car stumbled for a minute then suddenly back to normal. After I cleared the code, everything was back to normal while I was scratching my head even more. Has anyone encountered this? Btw, all the ignitions (caps, rotors, wires, plugs, dist belts) were all replaced 3 years ago with under 5K miles driven.
