I don't hang out on Rennlist anymore (I am still with Porsches, just a Very Bad experience here) so getting the email notice of activity on this thread was a nice surprise.
Anyway, mine is in my office, on the credenza. After twenty nine years here, looking at it each morning is still the nicest, most dependable part of my day. (By the way, the chunk of asphalt is from Lime Rock.)
Maybe one for the 3d printers to develop something complex and interesting (perhaps a lattice framework) or the same design in carbon fibre could look good?
I have clock serial # 0002... runs great, keeps perfect time, and looks great on my office shelf !!!!!!!
Very well done indeed !!!!!!!
Would you know which pins to wire the power and time setting switch to?
Im thinking of wiring one up myself, but I cant seem to decipher which pin for 12v power and how to wire up the clock setting switch nor the illumination switch. Maybe a picture of the wiring inside the clock would help?
