Cups and cocktails
The stock cups look particularly good on a dark car, especially once it's been lowered. The only real reason to switch wheels is so you'll stand out in a crowd of Porsches--non Porsche owners don't know any difference.
It's kinda like when a woman puts on a slinky dress for a cocktail party and upon arrival finds there's another slinky woman wearing the same dress. Both women are bummed. Meanwhile all the guys are going "Man look at those hot women..." and never notice the dress is the same...
