Default New OEM Beru RED ignition wire lead sets!

Rennlist price: $129, normal price $139 (prices going up $10 per set as material prices have gone up in the last two months). Shipping is $8 USPS in the States.

These wires are the leads only, you reuse your rubber/plastic ends (both) as they have built-in resistors & pretty-much always test out good.

If i have time I'll put a set on my car this weekend & snap some photos.

So this means we have to re-used the original boot with the connectors and cramp them to your wire? I was not aware the factory boot is re-useable. How would one go about removing the boot from the originaly wire?

The ends of the conductors are threaded. No crimping. You simply loosen the rubber boot with some lube where the wire goes into the boot and then unscrew the end. The guys site has proper instructions.

Im interested - I was thinking of doing wire replace when I need a new clutch, but the split insulation of my old wires are driving me mad. I would like to replace the wires without dropping the motor - I understand that its hard, but hey, Im always up for a challenge.

If you are just buying the bare wires, remember that you will need to reinstall all the connector blocks and the rubber grommets for the lower 3 plug wires. What you want to wind up with at the end looks like this:

Viperbob,

the grummet thing you mentioned I assume is the grummet that goes through the engine shourd. The ones currently on the OEM wire looks like is just a fixed rubber groummet on the wire, doesn't look like is removable. is that correct?

I need a complete set, ends and all. Anyone know where I can get a set without having to spend $400-500 for the darn things? Actually I need the whole shootin' works....caps, rotors, plugs, wires. Mine are arcing all of a sudden like mad!

All you do is twist the connector off and then you can pull the old wire through the grommet. To reinstall, use rubbing alcohol as a lubricant and the new wires will push through without too much trouble. (everything is removeable and available separately)

Oh yeah! Dugh... I am being stupid today. I guess must be the Friday before the long weekend. Just ordered a set, keeping it in stock for my next spare time project.

Yes, (Thanks Robin), the connectors on both ends of the wires simply unthread, once you've lubricated in between the wire & the connector. I use a probe or toothpick to unstick them (they're not glued, just sticky over time, heat, & an overall tight fit) along with a drop of Armour-all or so: works like a champ!
