Default SUCCESS!!

I just programmed my spare remote successfully! Locks and unlocks, car starts and everything!
I followed the procedure described in "Dan's cheat sheet" and it worked like a charm...Item #7 on Dan's sheet is critical: After following items 1 thru 6, the ignition is in the "on" position, so the code entering sequence starts with "off-on". That little fact screwed me up 4 times until I did it right.
Thanks to Dan for his write-up...his way is much less complicated and most importantly QUICKER than the p-car/owner's manual procedure....took me a total of 17 minutes incl 4 aborted attempts.
Happy New Year everyone!

Default Programing Remote

I followed this thread but was unable to get at Dan's cheat sheet. Could you Dan, or someone else that has it, e-mail or post it for me. I've tried many times and never get to the flashing light which will let me enter the code.
