Here are the measurements using my tool. Just a hair under the ROW. I'm very happy with the results.

I will post the full budy shots as soon as I get them taken, between work and the weather, there hasn't been a chance. It definately makes a huge difference in both handling and aesthetic values. I really have a hard time not staring at it all the time, and it's even more entertaining to drive(as a lot of you know).
