Default Need to see some sample aluminum dash pieces from Elke @ Cup-Sport

Does anyone in the Los Angeles area have any aluminum dash pieces bought through Elke at Cup-Sport in Germany? If so, I'd love to take a quick look to consider/compare the various finishes that they offer.

Thanks in advance to anyone who can help. Maybe I can buy a round of beer.

Here are some...I used the dull finish as I don't like anything too shinny in the dash (specially on a Cab with the sun hitting it), it also matched very well with the stock aluminum shifter/brake.

The fit and finish on these things is great. The rings are just in there snugged on tope of the original rings, no need to glue, silicone, or tape as the others.

Cabrio 993 -

Thanks for the pics. Are your pieces the Alu Titan or Alu Nature finish that Cup-Sport offers?

Hey Tony -

Thanks for chiming in here. Are your pieces the Alu Nature finish, or something else? I cannot seem to recall . . . but I think you once told me before where you got your guage rings from . . . thought you said we may have had the same ones.

Here's a link to the Cup-Sport website:

They're in Germany.

Does anyone know of another Mfg to compare price? at $24/ea plus ship a set of these is about $190. That seems a tad high....with plenty of other mods on my list it would be nice to compare price.

You can try Prestige Parts in the UK . . . I've bought from them before . . . but they've been non-responsive to a few of my e-mails lately. I'm sure there are other places too . . . maybe some US sellers . . . but I seem to recall that Performance Parts and others may be selling trim items made in Europe too??? Elke at Cup-Sport has been extremely responsive and helpful to me.

Thanks Tony. I guess mine look pretty similar . . . but may be slightly different . . . I got mine from Performance Parts. Now I'm trying to match up some pieces from Cup-Sport w/o having to replace the rings.

Now that sounds like a plan . . . VCR . . . a cool, crisp, sunny Sunday morning . . . and a bit 'o caffeine and sugar to get me going. But maybe you should let me pay . . . I offered for anyone who could help me out. Maybe there will be so many damn cool cars there . . . that we'll each buy a round.
