I was at Serres in November. Great track. A lot bettr than Mantorp and Geleråsen. You can drive just about every day It costs €50 for a whole day. 30 min sessions between motorcycles and cars It is actually a motorcycle track. Stay at Serres because you loose 3 hours if you camp in Saloniki

Cool more Greeks!

DJ I just noticed the helmet. DJ is correct Serres is a great facility and is vey close to Saloniki. I was in Saloniki a few weeks ago visitng a friend that used to leave here in Chicago and recently moved back taking his 996 coupe with him. Pretty fast guy I am sure he will be out there. There is also the track in Megara but this is closer to Athens where I hail from.

Good to see the Greeks still passionate about their cars and their driving.

Heh, good to see another Greek onboard too! I have not driven the Serres track, although I would love to at some point in the future. Hopefully they will construct the F1 track as well and in that case moving back will be very very tempting

Anybody have the Megara track site?
DJ you might be waiting pretty long for a F1 track in Greece. Word is that Istanbul is not delivering as expected

Thanks a bunch for the link! I'm floored to see some serious happenings and some really nice 911's in my old country. Hard to believe really the change since I left 20 years ago. Fantastic stuff really and the track looks really cool.
