hey guys ~
anyone have a source for camera mounts??? but here's he kicker, i'm looking for one that will enable me to position the camera on the pedal area.
any thoughts or input on this would be appreciated.

You might try looking at what Manfrotto offers... they have many options in terms of mounting cameras to almost anything. With all the the various clips, ball heads, clamps, etc, you will likely find what you need for your application ...

am trying too rig a beautiful scene & would like to shoot in 'hd'... so a small 'spy-type' format camera won't really be an option... i'll check all the options u all mentioned though. & thx

Could you use a harness bar mounted camera and zoom in on the pedal area. The I/O Port mount that I have has quite a bit of adjustability in terms of camera angle. See http://speedwaremotorsports.com/access/cam.asp. Or, like Randy M suggests, maybe you are trying for a little different angle....
