I am a new guy here.and am looking to buy good 993 cs,4cs orTT,I dont know which one to choose cause I never driven any.I owned 82' 911SC from new untill 3years ago.Now i am getting Porsche bug .I have driven 01' 996 which was nice and smooth but too smooth, not like porsche. So i figure I should go w/993.This is not going to be daily driver.I plan to keep it as long term collection .So which one should i get?
And I am intersted in above 933TT,does anyone know the particular car which is owned byone of the members.Thank you for your help.

It's quite a jump from a SC to a 993 Turbo. The 993TT is a true super car and not to be taken lightly. I suggest that you drive N/A 993 and see if you need the 400+ H.P. of a stock 993TT.
Ok, let me rephrase that. See if you desire 400+ H.P.
Ok, who am I kidding. We ALL want 400+ H.P.
Just drive one and see if it's "for you".

Thanks guys
link is'' vipimports.com/96turbo.php ''
I know cs,4cs and tt is quite different.I will have a chance to drive a tt in aweek in honolulu. But from my privious car experience,I always look for more power and performance on my non daily driver toy cars.so i may start w/ powerfull car ,but in other hand I am in small hawaiian island ,there are not many open strech road to realy test how fast it can go .Does TT has good power thru any RPM range?

In your situation I would lean toward the C4S.
Power with the TT is pretty much linear, when compaired to the older Turbos.
Steve or C.P. will have personal insite in that area.

Hey r14 -
Another potential 993 owner in Kauai . . . cool. You may want to look up Kelly Kim (kkim), as he too is in beautiful Kauai. Good man there.

Kelly,
Thanks for asking, she coming along really good.... slow but it will be worth it. I hope to have her back by the first week of Nov. I'm going to keep my fingers crossed.
We have a Maui trip planned for next year and I'm trying to squeez in a few day to Kuai for the saimin.
Hang Loose Brah!

You know when I was looking for my 993TT last year, your beautiful Polar 993 was one of the one that I wished I got my hands on
I saw all the pics of the PO saying goodbye to the car, the car getting shipped, etc. So for me to see your car will be awesome.
But you know the wife likes da kind in Maui so we'll go to both islands
