Is this just the RS short shift lever or does it include all the appropiate linkeage? I believe that the complete RS short shift kit with linkeage goes for around $400 or so. That's just parts.

Arrwin, actaully, you should, we do have it good in the P-car respect.

I just talked to John and there's no "kit" just the main linkage. I'm going to order one.

I called him and ordered the kit. He was very nice - and told me he'd send DIY instructions as well since I am in Portland.

How much is he charging for the "kits"? I've seen them for sale at about $75-100. Hope you guys are getting a good deal on these, otherwise it might be a better idea to just get them through one of our friendly Rennlist sponsors.

They will work for the C4? Every other short shifter out there is for the C2's only.

John Holleran does great work! Has fabbed a rollbar, big reds, PSS9, RS sways etc. in my prior 95 C4. Extremely knowledgeable, great fabricator/machinist, and has built p-car motors for over 10 years. Oh, and just installed an in-ground Mustang dyno.

Just a happy customer...

I was charged $112 including shipping.
Also - i asked him the c2/c4 question as well and he told me that this works for both.

That is a pretty decent price. Good deal for you guys.

Did he tell you that you will need to modify your cover plate with a hammer to get it to work on a c4?
