The race is from the VLN Series on the Nürburgring and the writing is just graffiti.

The ADAC 24 hr is this Sat/Sunday and I will be there. Will any other European Rennlister's be there as well?

As stated yes that is just graffiti. It's part of what the North Loop is about, part of it's character, there is everything from "I LOVE ..." to "OPEL or Mercedes this or that" kind of stuff.
