Wanting a more aggressive look
Romeo;
Well, I did my ride height measurements from the floor to the center of the wheel arch opening. I think that is what everyone else is measuring.
Front - 24 3/8
Rear - 24 1/4
The springs look rather new and are a bright shade of purple. I'll have to get the car on ramps because it is so low I cannot get my head under the car to get a better look. It is 17º outside now, though so maybe in a day or so.
These are some of the lowest numbers if not the lowest numbers I've seen in this thread. Regardless of whether we decide to swap or not I'll be rasing the car. I had already come to the conclusion that the car felt a little "funny" in certain situations. I'm sure some things have been overlooked by the previous owner that should not have been when lowering a car this far. I do alot of autocrossing and low is good but the suspension geometry needs to right also.

H&R springs were never purple so I doubt that's what they are. I have H&R's and they are red. However, I am slammed down to the ground like you are (24 1/4 front 24 1/2 rear)

JIC coilovers are purple.

Romeo,
Here is a pic of my car with the 19" Rufs. Sorry it is a little dark. Will take better pics during the day when I get a chance. I didn't measure the fender height either but the top of the tire is almost even with the fender.

Wanting a more aggressive look - my H&R's
Well, we've had a heat wave here in PA. The temp is back up over freezing so I headed out to the garage today to jack up the 993 and see what exactly was under there for springs. It turns out they are, indeed, genuine H&R Sport springs. Part number 29953. Head on over to http://www.hrsprings.com/site/frames...lications.html put in 1995, Porsche, 911 C2/C4 and you'll get the product page with the specs for these springs. Here is the official H&R blurb on the Sport Spring:
"The most popular spring in H&R's line-up, Sport Springs will lower your vehicle an average of 1.5 - 2 inches (depending upon the make and model of your vehicle) for a lower center of gravity, improved handling and a more aggressive appearance. Sport springs feature more control than that of the OE Sport spring, but is still comfortable for daily use. Sport springs are an excellent choice for street and occasional track use."
It would appear that whoever installed these just swapped the original springs for the H&R's, leaving the rest of the suspension stock.
If you ask me, those springs are PURPLE!

I've seen and drove Phatbut C2S, truly one of the most pristine 98 C2S So Romeo I think you should keep the car and put on the HDs/H&Rs and some new HRE 540s.... should be more aggressive
