Wash + CA Blade (works fantastic) + Sonus towel from Autotopia.
My car is black and I love the results. I Polish/Wax my car 2X per year and use the quick spray on wax while drying the car every other wash.

Yes, MarkD is always searching for good towels for his black tt. We came across some MF towels that we liked, but we had to buy a bunch of them to get descent pricing, way more then we can use! They are large 16"x24", extra thick and soft with bound edges. These are the best MF towels we have found. We are swimming in these things, so PM me if you need some!
Personally, I like the water blade (kept VERY clean with a wipe of a towel frequently) and the Sonus der wunder drying towel. The blade and a couple of those dries the car well.
Some day I may go the leaf blower route but I have been using the above method for years now and not causing swirls or scratches on a black car.
