ok, this is frustrating me, I'd like my car ready so I can tag along! It should be worth the long wait once all the mods and such are on the car, but until then, damn I missed a really good one!

Talking

Hey Guys,

Great to see everyone again and meet new faces, at 07:00 I was still down at the 105 and knew my window was closing quickly.

I wish I could have continued my DE (drift event, bone stock suspension!) up to yurba linda and the ensuing brunch, I am continually amazed at how well our cars scoot. Looks like it's time to spring for some suspension upgrades (I know...).

JRG- Congrats on the b'day treats, mine was last Sunday.

Yugi- That exhaust is to much...

Alan- Can't beat having an outstanding photo journalist to remind us of how much fun were having, thanks.

Rich- Were those MPG's you were shooting over your windshield?

Fred- GREAT run, thanks again!

Thanks guys, BTW, somebody have a good set of hollow turbo twists for sale...I've lost my mind.

Thumbs up

Hey, I just wanted to say thanks to everyone there today also. Just got home... FredL no problem going over 23/118... John, your comment on sliding around the curves, I believe we can call that drifting now that it's sooooooo popular. Just to let you all know I dedicated some high speed sweepers to you guys on the way home around Lake Shasta.

Cool

John,

Glad to hear you had a safe trip and to have you in the neighborhood for a little Sunday outing, Malibu style.

Man, what I really neeeeeed is a Swiss Italian Lake Region run, choreography by Alan....

Itinerary:
Starting point: Quai of Lugano, view on lake, lots of Italian girls cheering...
Warmup lap: lakeside run to Morcote (lakeside village with arches...)
Short highway blast
Steep, curvy uphill run to Arosio
Pit Stop at Grotto in Arosio: Insalata pomodori e mozarella, Fettucine al pesto, Cappucino (sorry no red wine... only during evening event...)
Excursion to old Gotthard Pass (this is a blast of a run...), wide, curvy, practically no traffic, since everybody takes the tunnel...
Moonlight Gala dinner at the sumptuous Villa Castagnola Hotel (Vino, song, more great Italian food)...

How does that sound!??

All events extensively photographed by Alan. Alan you could come up with a glossy coffee book, devoting a chapter to various Rennlister locations and cars....
California, Sweden, Switzerland, Saudi Arabia, Texas, etc..
