Dan, you have a deal! I'll carry your briefcase any day.
The Rodeo line was very nice! I almost ruined my keyboard with coffee. In fact I took my wife and kids to the rodeo just a couple of weeks ago, so I am up to speed on things to see while at the rodeo.

However, if you are willing to lower your standards until your wife tells you that you drive like the Wait for Me fearless Lead Driver, then you may be reconsidered.

Patricia, it safe to say I do not drive at all like Sarah Fisher; however, I think my daughter may give her a run for it in a few years. I can hardly wait.

Glen,
It's was that pedal, with the cobwebs on it, that you never used in your 914

Other than that, I am not sure what use they are to you.

Brakes....aren't those the things you hit as hard as you can right at the apex point in order to qualify for the OTE racing class???

Dear team members

Good to see that although I allowed myself to be distracted for two days by something trivial -- trying to increase our business by 40% -- the team carried on nicely.

Finn

"Obviously, it should be placed to the rear window: just in case, if one of us accidentally passes someone on the track, they can call & report it to Mike."

Greg
Your idea for a vinity plate -- OVER BRAK -- shows that you belong on this team despite your previous transgressions of putting down some truly fast lap times

David '96
Sound advice about stepping on the middle pedal at the apex. thank you for sharing. I love the shared wisdom on this board.

Team meeting idea:

We hold it at a Club Race weekend. We enter the enduro. Each club member runs one timed lap, pulls into the pits and we change drivers, til every member has been officially scored (nothing in the rules that limits the number of drivers). Timing and scoring may have a nervous breakdown, but all the team members will finish in a dead heat. That way, no petty jealousies develop on the team, other than the one between our two lawyers.

We have a big party to celebrate.

As for the Party you can COUNT on it!
Tentatively I can almost guarantee a meeting at Putnam in September from some of the Houston chapter members ( Robert are you listening? ).

Mr. 1st Mate/Registrar

"Tentatively I can almost guarantee a meeting at Putnam in September from some of the Houston chapter members"

That would be great.

That weekend could make a perfect gathering for the team. The Kentucky contingent (Anir and Greg) should be there, Eric, Jeff and myself coming in from the SECOND City (an appropriate place for team world hq don't you think?) Maybe we can talk legal affairs into showing up. Danny, do you think you could dispatch one of your cruise liners to bring our UK brethren over? Now how do we talk the east and west coast guys into showing up? And I think we may definitely need the team mixologist.

That sounds like a plan then! We gotta finish the design and show up with the T/Shirts and stickers in full swing. I bet we will raise some eye brows there especially with hot shoes like Fishman and Eric flying by the competition . On the other hand I intend to fully justify my tittle by being the slowest in D class Only my teamate Robert H will spoil the reputation of my car on the enduro!

Which weekend, exactly, is that Putnam race? I've got to make sure I reserve it now in my calendar!
