Ok...since Mike's club is growing in membership, I see Eric being a member now and Phil wanting to join we need to develop a logo, so we can print decals and T/Shirts. So your ideas are welcomed, for sure this logo will be on my bumper in the summer, hopefully if we all meet at Road America or Putnam can have some fun with it!

So here are my initial ideas for the logo:

I spoke with Mike last week, he has a turtle idea he is working on (driving a water pumper and all,I see the connection) but I like your idea for a board logo contest.
Phil, send in your paperwork to Susan Shire and come have some fun!!!
I think Mike is working on some bylaws as well, if you finish 1st in class, your kicked out off the team.

Hmmmm.... this is mushrooming. We may go from a Race team to racer nation.

Danny, Eric is right, I am working on a logo (to be acquired inexpensively of course) based on a very rapid turtle. However, the team is open to any good idea.

I'm thinking maybe shirts, windshield headers, stickers.

Mark, we'd be honored to have you on the tea (as long as you've never had a podium finish). I like Wiley E. as a mascot. Fits the image. And all our gear can be acquired thru a group purchase from ACME Racers Supply. However, we may need Dan to defend us from the Warner Bros logo infringement lawsuit.

Dan, I appreciate your being Team Counsel, and want you in that role (see above). I only have one reservation. You may be too fast for this team -- I've seen you chase ambulances.

Phil will make a great team member. He may not be fast, but he's fun. (a variation on another team slogan)

Plus if cab racers put one-tenth of their mods budget toward team parties, we'll be the most popular guys in the paddock.
