Default Euro driver help for proper Italy/EU decal placement on Vehicle

Could any Euro drivers tell me where this decal should "properly" go on my vehicle if it was in Europe, I lost a bet with my Italian wife.

On the rear of the vehicle - in clear view - rear next to number plate or on rear valance/bumper or on rear window - I have used all these with no problems.

Country sticker no longer needed in EU.

In the past, I placed mine below the licence plate on the roundown of the lower valence. FWIW

Apart from the decal......

Watch out for the following when driving in Europe

Britain drives on the left.

France will confiscate detectors and fine you heavily for having speed radar detectors.
First aid kit is mandatory in some countries.
Spare bulb kit is mandatory in some countries.
Speeding can get the car confiscated in some countries.
Britain has 6500 fixed speed cameras, and radar mobile installations in vans/cars/motorcycles.
Spain has motorised bandits on the Costas who get you to stop and then rob you.

Motoring can be a pleasure!

Two other important rules for continental Europe that are different than in the US. NO passing on the right! No right turn on red!

Basically, the European drivers are very good. It takes more than being a warm body to get a license over there. We recently returned from 2 weeks in Holland, Belgium, and France in a new MB E-Klasse 2.7 CDI turbodiesel, which was awesome.

I especially like the almost complete lack of "Left Lane Bandits."

These are a really bad problem here on the Left Coast - talking on their cell phones, with an attitude of "WTF, so go around me on the right......."

In Washington, if you dare flash your lights at these bandits, while trying to get a yield, and are seen by the State Patrol you will be stopped for aggressive driving.....while the airhead continues on in the lane that is clearly marked "Left lane passing only" definately an infraction. This was featured on the evening newscasts a couple weeks ago. There has been a law on the books for years citing inattention to driving.........if this law were enforced there would be no need for reactionary laws for cel phones,make-up,eating,DVD's etc. If you can drive and juggle its cool with me if your eyes and mind are on the road. OK counting to 10........happy thoughts.

I have been to the UK twice and was very impressed with drivers courtesy in moving to the right... and never saw a car in the left lane when the right was open. Moreover, was amazed when I went to Ireland this summer and experienced drivers on two lane roads actually move over in what American's would call the emergency lane (except it was a little wider) to let you pass... never had a driver that didn't do this. Incedible... no way this would happen over here. Hell, they don't even do this on two/three lane highways!
