I forgot, this is how billing will work.
All who were interested, purchase through our website using the coupon code "rennlisters"
Your card WILL NOT be charged yet. As soon as the required number of people purchase, your card will be charged and order will be shipped. Now if people back out, I will still honor the price if only 1 or 2 people back out, but if anymore than that back out, we will have to create a new coupon code for the $420 price point.

When will the purchase start/end?
Eric - I assume you have enough kits in stock so they will be shipped out fairly quickly.
Chris & Eric - thanks for all the time and effort to coordinate, test install, and help answer everyone's questions.

Before I go to the website I just want to clarify this purchase. The tentative price is as follows:
5-9 kits mixed
420.00-4500k
520.00-5500k
10+ kits mixed
400.00-4500k
500.00-5500k
10+kits all 4500k
380.00
Correct?

Yes Kary you are correct..The code will give you the price of 380.00 for the 4500K kit. Eric isn't going to charge anyone until the required amount of people have ordered. I have had many more then 10 people email and many more have confirmed their purchase. For the price to stay at $380.00 there has to be enough people which is up the my fellow Rennlisters. Eric has told me the code is good until March 12, 2003. He can confirm that when he has a chance. The DIY is about 1/3 done....

I set the code until 3/12 because most people who have expressed interest are ready to buy.
I have about 15 H1 kits (993)and 12 H7 kits (996) in stock as of this morning.
From what Chris has told me, there are already 10 people, they just need to confirm with a YES, by ordering. I counted Chris as "1" out of the 10 needed, to there needs to be about 9 people.

5 to go......
Eric, I do autocross. We have one on 3/23 at six flags. I should have the registration page up later this week, <a href="http://www.pcachs.org" target="_blank">www.pcachs.org</a> Come out and have some fun if you are free.

I'm waiting to see if the DYI scares me off, although I'd take comfort if anyone else in Los Angeles is getting a set so we could do it together.
One question, if I do this upgrade I'll want to replace my fog lights with bulbs that mimic the blue/white light so they won't look so yellow. Does liteswap offer any halogen bulbs that would work, or should I order that from autolamps? I think they offer bluevision bulbs, or something like that, which are plug n' play. Anyone else in the group buy thinking about this?

Temple,
I have also thought about the fog lights and the high beams, but decided to wait until I have installed the HIDs before making further changes.

You could get the H3 4100K Halogen Catz bulbs which will give a "bluer" look to them.
Todd, how did you guys manage to get 6 Flags? Our club (after scheduling our events) was told they would no longer rent 6 Flags due to noise concerns. I read on the local AutoX mail list that PCA somehow convinced 6 Flags that noise would be kept below 55dB?? It would be very hard to keep noise below 55dB given squaling tires, etc.... how did you guys go about this?
