Yes it's a tipper and its pretty worn down, but i like the color and finally i have again something to tinker with
Its a '95 ROW midnight blue / black C2 without sunroof and rear whipper ... rest is ordinary.
It has 200T km on the odo and was pretty well maintained up to 160T km; than it seems the efforts for maintenance followed the typical middle east way (washing and cleaning everything what you can see... but that's it...)

First thing was to ice blast everything, so we could see what we already expected anyway; friendly as the guys are, they also detailed the car right away :P

Having boxes full of parts from my "R" (big reds, gyrodiscs, hollow spokes, Momo wheel, all suspension arms and links etc, and a lot more) purchases of new parts should be limited.

First thing to do is change ALL suspension parts as bushings etc are all worn out and add a PSS10, complete motor revision; the usual new dumper for the hood and trunk and so on ...

All original color, partial sunburned .... i call that patina!

Nice! Do you have a picture with engine in bay? When you say “no air filter” what do you mean?

Good that you asked, just realizing that we put already the air filter in, thought we didn't had it when we were on the dyno

time for some update...
over the summer, we tackled the body problems, mainly rust on the window corners and other little points.
Due to the needed work I decided also to include the roof in the needed spray. as it had some pigment failures in the paint, but otherwise good, I just wanted it initially as patina.

The corners were really bad already, i could pinch through it with a needle.

Some welding was necessary

Also for the engine trunk

But together with some good guys we were able to fix everything!

the corners

The trunk

some other little places on the way

Happy with the final result!

Last thing to do was to put some spacer and nice 'turbo' hollow spokes (also from the R) onto it.

Welcoming the new family member

Just had that discussion ...
they offer customized 4 digit versions for a bargain ...

3 digit versions would put a little more vacuum into your pocket

and everything fancy like 911 or 888 or so would be auctioned

also 1 or 2 digit numbers ... expect 7-8 digit numbers in AED (Dirham)

btw, exchange rate is @ 3.67/1

So you really can see cars here with a number plate which has more value as the car itself

Haha yes, I did do research on Dubizzle back in the day -- spent 2018-2020 there, before I had a 993. I find it impressive that you're running 2 in MENA

You can do that as long as you dont buy 3 digit number plates
