Mark,

There are two ways. One is sending in the post card that came with the binders to get PCNA's notifications of their availability. The other is to call your dealer. Either way, the dealer is the source. A good one is http://www.my-porsche.com/, ask for Mike.

Kim;

I have a uncompleted form. I'll have to get it scanned. The mailing address is:
PCNA
Attn: Service & Parts Publications
100 West Liberty Street
Reno,NV 89501

I bought my 993 workshop manuals (Volumes 1-8) from Performance Products earlier this year. There was no postcard for updates.
Volume 1 has two red pages in the front stating:
Workshop Manual Supplement 23
Workshop Manual Supplement 24

How do I know if I am missing any updates?

Regards,
George

FYI: I sent my postcard in on a set of 964 manuals and never heard back from the Reno people. It's been 3 months !

Hi Guys:

I don't have info on the service manuals (hi Ray!), but I can tell you you'll get no response from that address.

PCNA is now in Atlanta. Mail sent to Reno will be returned (eventually).

Follow this link to Porsche Customer Commitment

Let us know when (if) you get a straight answer.
