Default Part number help for MPL slave

Does anyone have the part number breakdown for the clutch slave cylinder parts like the boot, spring, cup, etc...?The katalog says see group 7/02/09. In trying to put all new parts in the MPL slave, and not reuse old ones. Thanks!!

They aren't available through Porsche and are not in the PET in section 702-09. The only option is to buy a whole new one.

Believe this is why MPL themselves does not provide the parts or part numbers.

The parts you have to reuse from your old slave are not a big deal and should be fine. Just installed mine and loving the reduced effort.

Normally, I would agree on reusing old parts but the boot is ripped so.... There has to be a way to get just the boot without the whole dang thing. Ugh.

Thanks, all.

I looked into this and drew a blank, its a complete unit, you should be able to get one for under $100 but thats still quite alot for a small rubber boot and a couple of pieces of metal!

I reused my components when I installed the MPL cylinder a month or so ago.....if my components were questionable I probably would have purchased an aftermarket cylinder and used those items, not the OEM.

I am very pleased with the result but going to tear into the pedal bushings/master/kinematic arm in the off season.....it's all a part of the experience. Good luck!

I also purchased an after market cylinder and scavenged off that.

MPL is easy of of best mods I've done . It did help that the box and engine were on the floor at the time.... Enjoy👍

Yeah I saw that thread, I've also done an MPL with the gearbox still in the car, so I have an idea the pain you went thro....
I didnt have any real help to offer except camera & magnets.
I did wonder, if you do not actually need to drop the engine / box except to find the lost nut, can the box be split from the engine just enough while still installed - to find the offending nut thro the gap? Will be a pita to realign the splines but....

Btw, while are at it, I also fully recommend the remote slave cylinder bleeder pioneered by our man AOW162435.
If you do bleed this fairly regularly, it makes a huge difference. Although you do miss out practicing your single-handed-blind-rummage around the top of the gearbox skills...

Splitting the bell housing from the block occurred to me. It has potential. It’s got 108k miles and likely in need of a few items. Could be a good opportunity to get more familiar with the rest of the car. It’s not the end of the world.

I already rebuilt the whole pedal cluster with a brand new master cylinder and that end is all good to go now.
