The other 2 wheels showed up finally! All shipped at the same time, but delivered a day apart. Nice thank you note with some RUF stickers and a pin inside…nice touch!

Those stickers are for your center caps I believe.

If my memory serves me this looks like Mutlu's writing.
Nice choice on the wheels!

No ones mentioned 275. Is this size not available in 18?

I passed on the 275 because of the overall diameter being too big. The front 225's are 25.1 inches. 265's are 25.3 - so very close. The 285's are 24.8, so a little smaller than the front. The 275's are 25.6 - a full half inch taller than the front and I want the car to look as balanced as possible, so I thought that was too much of a difference for me personally.

It's very important for ABS and AWD function for the front and rear tires to have as close to the same loaded rolling radius as possible

It is important for handling to have the balance of grip that you want front to rear, of course other things like springs, sways and alignment also affect this

generally 225/40 and 265/35 on 8 & 10 can be considered a base w/ otherwise stock suspension

225/40 & 285/30 also works but also induces more understeer, mount the 225 on an 8.5 and you reduce that effect

when going to 235 or 245 you want 8.5 or 9" wheels

235/40 & 275/35 on 8.5 and 10 is also ok but as mentioned there is a noticeable inertial and gearing cost to this set up

for a 2wd n/b for track use the factory did extensive testing to setup the 993 Cup cars, they settled on 8.5 & 10, 245/35 & 285/30
