Default My first air cooled 911

Recently purchased a 1997 C4S with 31k miles. I've been passively looking for a 993 for a decade and have wanted one since high school. Now was the time to make it happen. Really excited about this 911. Feels like a new car.

Very nice and welcome! Looks great but you need to put some miles on it. Enjoy and post some interior pics when you get a chance as well!

Nice car, I really like the wing and the rocker panels.
Over time look to Rennlist for technical support in managing the cost of owning your new 993.
A 993 need not be expensive to own. The first thing to understand is how to change the oil and not overfill it.
I hope you find owning your 993 to be a rewarding experience as most of us here who frequent Rennlist do.
Best regards,
Andy

If you're doing something passively for ten years, it's time for a reboot. I'm glad to hear you found yours and made it happen. I do not think you will have any regrets.

Congrats! She’s a beaut.

Take delivery of my Black C4S in a few days and I can’t wait. First air cooled (and first Porsche) for me as well.
