Yes, I got it from Carlsen, now known as Redwood City Porsche.

Yeah, hard to not call it Carlsen. I bought my GT4 and Macan from them. I’m surprised they had a 993.

So is It what you expected? Fast enough for you? It's quite slow by today's standards. Enjoy.

Great car and best wishes and glad to have you as another SF Bay Area 993 C4S owner. During your search for the car and subsequent to buying it you possibly have been reading the various comments from others on proper ownership. Probably the number one suggestion is on reading the oil dipstick and how much it should show to prevent damage. When fully warm half way up is MAX! If interested can provide my contact info via PM to chat further. Enjoy and be safe!

Congrats! Beautiful! Enjoy for many miles in the best of health.

I’m also a new owner (one week as of today). Just turned 30k miles on Saturday! Also planning to add plenty of miles.

Your car is extremely beautiful and amazing to look at! Please drive and learn all you can about these amazing cars. Such a great history - last of the air cooled means the best air cooled motors with many years of development. Rock solid and sounds that stir the soul on every start up.

Congrats and welcome! The 993 is a classic and timeless experience. There are faster cars out there, but the 993 strikes a terrific balance of power, civility, rawness and driver-focused experience (it has an H-pattern gear box!!).
