Youngest 993 driver?
My almost 4 year old is always wanting to mess with something in the car. Turn the wheel, open the compartments in the door, etc...
This past Friday we took a little top-down drive at dusk in the balmy 60 degree Ohio weather. She seemed interested in shifting so I let her place her hand on mine as I worked through the gears. Before long she wanted to do it herself of course. She needed help on the 1-2 shift, but before long she was doing the 2-3 and 3-4 shifts all by herself! Needless to say, she was pretty excited. I thought this was an opportune time to let her know that one day "Midnight" would be hers.
I'll have to come up with a way to get video of this the next time we're out.
Are there any other young "drivers" out there?

I actually let my now-6 year old steer the car when he was 4. He was seating on my lap in the driver's seat of an empty parking lot and we manuvered around for a bit. The funny thing is that this was in the car without power steering.
Now when he seats next to me (it's a 2-seater) he informs me as to what gear I'm in :-) Again, the cool part is that the car has not printed shift pattern anymore.
I wish I had space to store the kart I want to put him in ASAP.
