Post 993 Exhaust Question...

I have a 1991 C2 Turbo that the PO had put a custom exhaust on (993 Manifolds and custom work to the turbo, all stainless) Having see the other offerings from other guys (B&B, GHL etc)I think the 993 setup is clean & simple, I want to duplicate the set up on another car. So the question is are they pretty much the same across the board, all factory stainless?
Advice, all welcome...

Thanks, Kevin

I think all the 993 exhaust are pretty much the same (different b/ween Turbo & non, but material wise etc. same). All stainless.

The 993 exhaust will need to have one side altered because the flanges are 90 degrees off of where a 964 exhaust ports studs are on one side. The mod can be done by Bob Holcomb who has a jig I believe for that purpose.

Actually, this may well be the best exhaust for any car ever made.

Please note the fine driving skills, Skippy school graduates no doubt.

Jim Bob, is you and Bubb Rubb nayburs?

Kevin

I have done the 993 exhaust conversion. I have done it for my 93 RSA, and a 993TT exhaust/turbo conversion for my 930. I have the jigs. Email me and I can send you some pics.
