I hate to hear about honest people getting ripped off by jerks like this. I think you should start a new thread with the subject line "need help in Huntington Beach, CA" in order to get a local out to look the place over... I'm not sure that this thread will attract those folks.

likewise... i can drive by this weekend or monday.

let me know. he could be out of biz. spoke to them once on phone & he seemed a bit shady on when he could get a bumper for me... changed his story when i said i could drive over to do a 'pick-up'.... but then again, it seems several on the 'list' have bought from him w/ o.k. results. maybe we should start an 'undesirable to do business with' list? seems to be happening more & more freq. my 2¢.

I saw his ebay ad so I went over to his shop just a few weeks ago to talk about a turbo bumper cover and took a look at his warehouse. It was a mess. I will drive by over the weekend and see what's up. I think I still have his address in my gps, but PM me with your name, email and order. I will ask Mr. Pham, the owner about the order.

The weird thing is...........I have a feeling the UPS truck will show up in the next few days. I payed him to paint the bumper and when I called his shop last week another person answered the phone and confirmed their was a newly painted black bumper in the drying area. The helper also gave me the proprietor's cell phone number which I lost and verizon cannot tell me anything about my bill after 2/20/04. It was supposed to be shipped last Monday???????I might just get lucky as one of the last complicated but legit transactions from this now defunct operation??


Or maybe I am just being Optimistic!!!

STOP THE WORLD!!!!!!!!! He just answered the phone!!!! He told me it is going out FEDEX today!! He said it was all wrapped up.........but then I asked for a picture and he said he would email one.....of what a brown box?? He said UPS would not ship it???????? I did not press on about ebay........I just want the damn Bumper Cover!!!!!! Stay tuned!!
