Yea, It looks like he is back on ebay. My lift is 20 years old. I had it reconditioned after my brother in law gave it to me. It runs on ATF and also on 110 volts. I am thinking of cutting my floor and sinking it down so I do not need to drive my 993 up ramps every time I drive it!!!!!!!!!

Mind sharing the make and model # of the lift, if you have it?

Looks like something I could REALLY use.

thanks

Does this look like what you have?

http://www.harborfreight.com/cpi/cta...emnumber=47187

If so, how stable is the car once you have it up there? do you trust it enough to work under it?

thanks

Kelly
You might also try this source for a low rise lift. They offer free shipping to the continental US which, perhaps, is a start getting it to you. No personal experience with ASE, but someone here recommended them & I kept the link.

Dan,

Thanks for the link. Amazingly, I was on that webpage just minutes before you posted.

I just sent them an email asking what shipping would be to Hawaii.

We'll see what they say.

Stay warm...

BTW, you ever get my email about lug nuts?

Second post for me! I love your car lift!!! Sent you an email too.

I live in Europe and just bought myself my 59th to 75th b'day present: a 993RS. TOTALLY naked except for a full Heigo cage and Sabelt FIA certified 6 point harness. My wife does not wear a skirt in this car. Too distracting for an old dude like me.

Glad you resolved your bumper prob.. as a new Rennlist member, I guess the supplier found the heat too much.

Glad I am here... though my Mini Cooper S racing days of the mid 60's did not prepare me for the RS
