Introduction! New-to-me 1998 993 C2S
Hi folks! Just wanted to say hi and introduce myself! Long time Porsche fan, had been browsing the usual online places and Ohio-area dealers. When I saw this one, I had no doubt it was "the one". Seller was great to work with; did a PPI at Goldcrest in Atlanta which came back with minor issues (replaced a bad control arm, fan belt sensor, alignment, PPI and oil change totaled ~$1,700). The car isn't perfect - normal wear-and-tear that you'd expect out of a 72k mile car and it's in been in two accidents, but I plan to drive it often, so those were not dealbreakers. I flew from down to Atlanta Sunday morning, met the seller, did a final review of the vehicle then started the 8 hour drive back to Ohio! The car did great. Spent last night detailing it with two local Porsche friends who have been very helpful in this journey. Shoutout to Wes B for his help too.
A few photos attached. Other than looking to learn more about the immobilizer delete options, no current plans for the car. Rear rotors/breaks need done soon but otherwise looking forward to enjoying 'er!
First time seeing the car in person!
Safely home and detailed!

Love white 993s. Lets see some interior and rear photos. This 993 has has some love; the front bumpettes have been removed, ROW ride height and wheels. IMHO, I prefer buying a driver. Put miles on it and have no worries.
