Ugh! Spotted a small star shaped crack in the rear center reflector (the one the spells out Porsche). Anyone have a new replacement hanging about or know where to source one for a good price?

 

I was looking into one as well and Sunset seems to have a good price (relative to listed retail of $492). ~$350

You should probably check out this thread from snowbird about sealing the reflector to prevent moisture buildup.

 

350 is good but check LA Dismantlers as they were parting out 3 993s

A used reflector will probably have some cracks just like mine, especially from LA dismantler.

 

I bought mine from Pelican parts (OEM). Looks great. I kept the old one with a crack in it. Don' t ask me why. The replacements are not inexpensive, but there is more to it than a simple piece of plastic.

 

I have a used one I would sell for $75. Has a very small chip missing in one corner. The chip is only noticeable with the center reflector off the car.

 

I'm just going to get a new one. Mine has a small crack and it will probably be worth 50-75 bucks to someone who has a racer or just needs a better one than they already have.
