Default Led lights and hid/led headlight upgrade

I feel that the lights on my 1997 c4 cab are due for an upgrade. I would like to change all the interior (gauges), frunk, license plate, rear lights, side markers, etc to LED. I would also be up for the best plug-and-play headlight option. I know there are many on here that have been down this road. I'd just like to know if there is a "best" option? I don't want lights burning too hot or effecting other electrical systems in the car. Input, as usual, is much appreciated guys!

I just installed a set of the Bergvill HID headlights on my 993. The kit was absolutely "plug & play" and nicely executed. Easy to install and made a tremendous difference in light output compared to even the upgraded halogen bulbs I had. I give it a thumbs up.

I definitely endorse Tore's products and service. I replaced all my lights last year, and it makes a big improvement.

Yup he sells everything you want. I did the same, the HID headlights are awesome. All LEDs inside and outside are MUCH better quality than you find here in the states from China.

While your there get the kit and make 2 more break lights. Our US cars have 2 empty sockets back there for the Euro fog lamp...he sells a kit that taps into the brakes and you will have 4 brake squares....I did it and looks great.

I would email him and tell him the year and model so you get the right bulbs for conv-hard top and so on.

I went with the 6000K. It was a super easy install. I'm very happy with the results.

Drivers side 6000 passenger side is OEM halogen bulbs

I did the same on mine - not the fogs, though. THIS IS NIGHT AND DAY BETTER IN EVERY WAY. Run, don't walk, and order these from Tore!

PS - the biggest improvement to me is the brightness of the turn and brake lights. With such a small car, it really makes you more visible. Heck, you're visible with these even in sunshine. Far more worried about people hitting me than me hitting something - although the stock headlights are completely inadequate as well. You're probably outdriving stock lights if you drive faster than 55...

If you want to see a real difference, buy the Tore kit and upgrade the projectors in the lens with these. Big improvement

Just did mine, I had been using Tore's HiD's for awhile and saw a post about these and decided to try them. Installation is fairy easy, headlights will need adjusting after. High beam makes a huge difference. Heres a couple of pics.
