I’d hang onto them. Easier to re-sell the car (wider audience) with stock original seats. Even if the Waldemars are super nice, they’re not the originals. At least that’s how I’d look at it if I were a buyer.

The PO of my car stored the originals and used 996 GT3 seats for 10+ years then reinstalled the originals to sell it. So technically these are 10k mile seats now, and they look great. You would be able to do the same thing and I’m sure someone would buy the Waldemars!
