Default Identify my struts!

Hi!

1997 C4 Cab

I bought my car a little while ago and have yet to play with the suspension. Here's what's on the front of my car now. I assume these are not stock. Can anyone help me identify the brand of these as I can't find any identification on them.

The bottom is threaded, so I assume they are coilovers?

Ok, so the stock fronts are adjustable by lowering the spring on the threaded portion?

Yes, that's right. The stock ones have a small adjustment to balance the suspension a little.

The green would indicate to me that they're stock Monroes.

Well, FWIW, I took off a set of Monroes that were green and installed an M033 set that I got years ago from Sunset and they were green Monroes as well.

I don't know how you strut, is it anything like Mickey's? If so its clearly old school very original and may be worth replacing:
Does it look anything like this?
Struts
From what I understand James Monroe would be very old today if he was alive and functioning was very inflexible even when young, didn't respond to dynamic forces well and if on your car should be replaced.
