No. Gap is not supposed to be there. I would put some bolts in and tighten it down. In terms of grinding do you hear grinding with or without the front brake rotor?

If you still get grinding without the rotor installed then your bearings are shot as the hub is supposed to spin in the carrier in a tight but smooth motion.

grinding without rotor... I’ll take it to my local P dealer for those, i hate removing and pressing them

Local P dealer wants $1500 bearings and swapping them out 😜🤣

Adjusted V3's to 70% of Minimum height. Love the stance, Had P dealer install new bearings and torque / mark all suspension components.
Its a totally new drive now! Handles like on rails, no body roll feel or anything. Its been raining so havent pushed it but its been perfect on the short test runs I have been able to make.

Thank you guys for the advice, help and guidance. This forum and its members have been a huge help, I honestly wouldve still been trying to figure out things if it wasnt for you guys.
