I've attached a copy of the kit. I also got the Motec, wiring harness, injectors and other things needed.

Would love to know how she’s running now with the new suspension. I plan to do an engine rebuild this winter once the season is over.

Wondering about how your car is doing, what it feels like or any other updates? Love your posts and upgrades!

I scrolled through the threads pretty quickly. Was a dyno run ever done? If so, was the results posted?

Thanks,

Ken

Initially it was slower than before which was very frustrating after spending so much money. After I got it dialed in and learned how to do it myself it was a lot faster and handled much better. I wasn't experienced in dialing in suspension but after hiring multiple race teams and some pro drivers to help with setup I figured out I needed to do it myself. After 5 weekends of DE running 2 groups and having my wife turning ***** in the pits every three laps I finally learned how to set it up myself and I felt my biggest accomplishment was when my crew chief on a race weekend changed my setup and I was able to tell him the exact amount of clicks to rebound and compression front to rear that he made before he told me.

Unfortunately I ended up crashing the car during a race and bending the frame. I have since purchased another race car and also another 993 street car as a donor car for all of the race parts that were on my 993. My plan has been to make it a street car that I can drive to the track if I wish. Work has been crazy and after having a child I have been on the fence many times to continue this project and rebuild or just sell all of the parts.

Thanks,

The dyno numbers where 370's I think. 991.1 GT3 RS's could not pull away from me on track and the 997.2 GT3 Cups with pull on me slightly. I have some videos where I was racing two of the GT3 Cups.

Thank you. Unfortunately I crashed the car during a race a did a good bit of frame damage. I have purchased another 1996 993 street car in photo below that the plan has been to convert using all of my race parts but building a street car. It was heart breaking, I loved that car. I've been working on my 89 930 build right now and it should be finished soon then I will start on the 993.

Sorry about the crash, but it sounds like you really learned a lot about the car, the engine and the suspension setup. You can take that into the next car.

I am sure we don't see the entire issue but I know I have seen what appears to be worse tubs straightened. It should cost you less than cutting up another car.
