Just curious but what would you trade/sell/replace your 993 with?

I often feel like a poorper here! Some of you guys have access to some wonderful machinery! I'm likely never to be able to afford a replacement for my shabby 993 (I love her so!) but if I do it'll be a 993TT.
No car has ever had the effect that the 993 has had on me - I just love everything about it.. having owned a DeLorean for many years I'm gobsmaked that the reaction to the 993 is almost as head turning! Plus people actually LIKE the 993... most just slate the D.
If I were rich.... a Lambo (for the sheer sillyness) and I'd love to try a 996 GT3 as even Jeremy Clarkson liked it!

928 GTS!!
The torque and sound are fantastic, and there's a lot of room to stretch out in them. I've had two S4 5 speeds and I think about getting a GTS almost daily. The only down side is maintenance, and if you drive it every day that doesn't seem to be much of a problem either. The worst thing I ever did with mine was change it to a weekend driver / concours car. After that, I spent more time under it than in it. I like my 993, but if you like the looks of it and don't mind doing your own maintenance, a 928 is a fantastic ride.

Nothing!!
When I was younger, I had friends with Panteras, Lotuses, etc. They used to ask when I was going to get another car (other then my 72E built to RS spec). I always said never. I drove my car every day. It was the only car I owned at the time. It started every day, never let me down. 15 below in Denver and it fired right up. Can't say that about the other cars.
I expect to always own a P-car. This one is number eleven and I may even keep it for a while.

For me, 993 RS would be a great replacement for my 'normal' 993.
After almost two years of 993 ownership, I still feel privileged to open the door, get in, smell the interior, turn the key (and hope the battery isn't dead) and go for a drive..
Usually when I exit the car, as the thermally expanded powerplant is crackling with sounds of returning to its normal size, I say 'what a wonderful car this is'...
Sorry to go off on a tangent there.... One other 'brand' of car that, I think, would be nice to have is F355 or even a F360...Deep blue....light tan interior...I would be afraid to drive it though, in fear a tail light bulb burns out or something like that I couldn't afford to fix...

I sold my 993 and it was the worst mistake I have ever made. I am working on a deal for a C2S hopefully we can come to an agreement. Other than that if I wanted a four door it would probally be a Mitsubishi Evolution sounds crazy but I have driven a new one and wow what a car. I have owned a C5 with Z06 upgrades, 03 Viper, 300ZX, RX7TT, and they all seem big and hard to throw around unlike the 993. The lotus V8 Twin Turbo would be a nice car to own I don't know a whole lot about them but they seem nice. Any Ferrari is out of the question after checking cost to maintain you could be three cars for the money you will spend.
If there were no 993's I would probally buy a newer M3.

Same build quality, same timeless lines, and all the fun can be had under 60 mph, which reduces the risk of tickets ;-) Let's also mention $85 a year for classic car insurance ! Though Ideally I'd like both...

Reminds me of a line that Jay Leno said "Why would anyone buy a Yugo when you can spend 20 bucks more to get the Hyundai?"
