Not too Different sans exhaust. Subtle.
If it's iteratively faster than the 991.1 to .2 then will be a beast. I wonder what purist attributes had to bastardized and prostituted to get the performance gain? |
Front lights are flat and raised. Reminds me of the 928 or even the 968 lights.

Wing spreads across entire rear when deployed. I like it. Side and front LEDs have a slimmer profile. Door windows seem to have a chrome trim that ends abruptly.
|
Front fog light/vent has a bit of a 991.2 Turbo look to them. Every 911 that comes out - I initially prefer the old one and then eventually grow to prefer the new one. The only exception to that rule was the 996. |

The chrome trim on the rears is blacked out with film. Just some weird disguising. Notice the FLUSH door handles?? Attachment 1131120 |
Interesting. Hope that's not the brake light sitting on bottom of rear window.
Love those headlights and the hood. As far as the rear, looks like they are taking design cues from the TT/TTS, hope they don't take it too far. Appreciate the simpler lines of the non-TT/TTS body. |

Just a makeshift one for road testing. Maybe retro 80's look?? :roflmao: |

Correct on the deployable spoiler. Much wider.

Is it me, or the camera angle, that makes the rear roofline slope look more pronounced, steeper?

Overall, you're not looking at a 997 to 991 entire platform change.
I must say along with all the other new Porsche models, I'm not a huge fan of the excessive squaring off the of lines. Looking more BMW and MB. I really like the the softer lines and curves. |

Emissions/efficiency are driving more and more design and engineering choices. Think it's coincidence they every marque all of the sudden has 3 Liter and smaller engines in 99% of their cars? This isn't because of performance or engineering. It is because of import tariffs and the massive hike at anything over 3.0 liters. |
